I’d give zero stars if I could. Unfortunately my experience was lack of professionalism, miscommunication, lack of basic skills to help a future client, my dream and hopes were treated like it meant nothing. I spend nights and days anxious because I wouldn’t get a simple answer over text or email, even though I said I was ready to sign a contract. The reason? I’ll never know. The lawyer simple decided to not give me attention, and I was told that perhaps if I had paid another fee I’d have more of her time. They refunded me my first consultation fee and that means almost nothing to me. Nothing pays my anxiety crises, the feeling of being left hanging, me crying instead of celebrating my process getting started. I told these lawyers my story of life, something only few people ever knew from me, something postponed for so long, afraid of being judged, and for no reason they didn’t treat me well and decided to not take my case after saying they would.
